Quite mix of subjects it seems.
There’s the tale about his African grey parrot which he has to operate on to save her life; their dog, Poucher, which saves his mother’s life when their Land Rover plunges down a ravine – gosh, that sounds terrifying; and the expedition across the Sahara where Bossman treats a lame camel and a gored ostrich.
