Cheesy Puffs Recipe

Note from Fred & Tess:
We apologised for the lack of pictures as our human was not quick enough with the camera before tasting started BOL!

Ingredients:
100g grated parmesan or similar cheese
150g cottage cheese
300 plain flour
2 tbsp oil

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 fan.
Put all the ingredients into a mixer and mix well using the dough hooks.

Mould little portions of the mixture and place on the baking sheets. 

Bake for 20 minutes and then turn off the oven and keep the biscuits in the oven until the oven is cold.

Storage:
Store in a tub in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
