Tell me a little bit about yourself.
You mean to tell me you dont know me? I was born in Russia, its far away, and very cold there. I brought my fur coat with as over there we all wear them ALL...THE....TIME.... Seems its not much needed here but Im sort of attached to it ( excuse the pun!!). But wait, I digress....My parents had Da Princess before me who insisted ( yes, she doesn't ask, always insist) on a friend to run with. Don't know what they thought I was as I dont really run..... Cant really see why as food is in the fridge, right? I flew business class from Moscow to Dubai and was fetched in a limo and now live in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. You ever been? Its very glamorous and we do loads of exciting things here....O, and we have a desert.
How many hours a day/week does your human have to spend brushing you?
Well, it pretty much boils down to what I allow. I hate the blowey thingy so my head is never fully coiffed. I get the full spa treatment on a Saturday as it does take a bit of time. I mean, I do have a slightly larger frame ( don't call me fat pls) and am blessed with an abundance of hair....and my nails need to be "just so" etc. I have a shelf full of products to keep my hair in top condition as one never knows where one has to go next, as you know. It does take a good 4 hours to like really do it right.
How many humans/siblings do you have and long have you had them?
Well, I have only sisters, 3 naked ones ( and no, its not as exciting as it sounds, they can be real bitches), they are Chinese Crested, and one saluki girlfriend Da Princess who is live-in. Then I have cats, 2 naked ones and one Baby Floof. I’m not allowed to chase them, but when I think no- one is looking, I do too.
Do you work? If so where/what do you do?
You mean where you actually have to wake up early and go out? Uuuuhm, I have a hard job looking fabulous all the time so I really cant do much else. Wait, I do keep a page going on Facebook so I guess I might be a socialite.
If you could choose your name what would it be?
I guess Da Floof pretty much describes it all. I wasnt christened that way, but it stuck and once thats your stage name, well, thats pretty much it, right?
What is your favourite food?
I like cheese cake. My mom makes a mean one and since I ate a whole one off the kitchen counter a while back, I'm seriously addicted.
Where is your favourite place to be?
My desert. I love to make sand angels and get really messy.....going down to my roots, you know. One has to stay grounded, or here it would be sanded, I think. And after that, I need to be taken back to my couch, you didn't ask, but thats my 2nd favourite place.
What is your favourite way to entertain yourself (annoy your humans)?
I make great nose whistles that can cut through bone. If I keep that up for a few minutes, and pace up and down I can get them to do pretty much anything.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
To get Da Princess to love me. Normally everyone falls head over heels in love with me to first sight. She ignored me for 2 months before she even glanced my way. Then another month before I was allowed to share her couch. Now she adores me.....I could have told her she would fall for me some day and saved her a lot of time.
What is your next goal in life?
To get to 500 followers on Face Book and to bring awareness to animal cruelty world wide.
IF you could be/do anything for a day, what would it be?
I need more sleep, I seriously dont know why the parents have to wake me up at 4 am every morning to chase non- existent rabbits. Face it, we have cars, we have couches, why do I even need to walk?
Finally and most importantly...What was your human’s most embarrassing moment?
We went to a show once, I looked fabulous of course but by the time we went into the ring, I was totally over it. So I sat down and refused to get up. The parent turned different shades of red, but I couldn't see the big deal....running around in circles was never really my thing. Lets just call me an independent spirit. I am Da Floof.
