Isy's Ways - Virginia - USA
Tell me a little bit about yourself.
I’m a Dog Trainer in the Northern Virginia area. I grew up in California and have always been a self-motivator.

What is your profession?
I have many professions, but I’m mostly known from my dog training business, Isy’s Ways, and also as the on-staff Animal Behaviorist and Manager at Healthy Hound Playground.

Did you have to do training? How long does it take?
Yes, to become Dog Trainer I did have to do training. It took me about a year to realize I had mastered the techniques that I had been learning. At the same time I also realized that I will always be forever learning new things in this profession.

Why did you want to do this profession?
I got into dog training because I want to help people understand how to read their dog’s behavior.

In what way does your profession benefit animals?
My profession benefits dogs in many ways. Mostly in helping people better understand dogs, and giving both humans and dogs a stable, happy, balanced lifestyle together.

What animals do you cater for?
DOGS!

Do you work for yourself or a company?
I work for myself (ISY’S WAYS) and for a company (Healthy Hound Playground).

How can everyone get in touch with you?
Everyone can reach me via:

Finally and most importantly...What was your most embarrassing moment?
I would have to say the most embarrassing moment was when I called a client by their dog’s name instead of their name! LOL!
