Bannerman Bed and Breakfast is a small, four star B&B set in the Highland capital, Inverness. Established in 2006 we excel in providing relaxed and comfortable accommodation, whether you’re here to explore the beautiful Scottish Highlands, attend a special event or travelling on business. We are a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence Winner and have been awarded 4 stars by VisitScotland.
Ideal for Eden Court Theatre and Inverness city centre
We are a short walk from the town centre and there is a choice of restaurants and Eden Court Theatre just a few minutes walk from here. Bannerman B&B Inverness is on the A82, the main tourist road to Loch Ness and Fort William. Free off-road parking is available to guests.

We pride ourselves on our breakfasts Wherever possible ingredients are sourced locally.
Eggs are free-range and we use Duncan Fraser and Sons of Inverness for our sausages and bacon.
Bannerman B&B additional information:
- Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00 on the day you arrive. Please contact us in advance if you would like to arrange to leave your luggage here beforehand. Please do not assume there will be someone here before 16:00 as we may be at the shops getting supplies.
- Check-out is by 10:00 on the day you leave. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us after checking out if you want more time exploring Inverness.
- Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card and is due when you check out.
- Cancellations and changes to your dates can be made up to 3 days before your booking (apart from the non-refundable rate) but if you cancel 3 or less days before the start of your booking the full fee is due. We know that circumstances can change and you suddenly have no choice but to cancel and therefore recommend that you have holiday insurance.
- Bannerman Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
- Bannerman Bed and Breakfast welcomes well-behaved dogs (1 per room). Please contact us to arrange prior to booking.
