Hello everyone,
My name is Velvet Ranger, but you can call me Ray. I am a black greyhound and have started working on my distinguished frosty looks. I am fixed, jabbed, tagged and ready for my forever sofa.
Age:
I was born in July 2017 and am looking for a home that would suit my needs.
Child friendly:
I would need to live in a home that does not have smaller children. I may be 7 years old, but I still have my bouncy play times, so smaller humans may end up getting accidentally pushed over during my play time.
Other dogs:
I get on with other dog breeds.
Pet friendly:
I definitely would not want any small furries, especially cats, to live with as it would not be fair for them or me. Not to mention the constant stress on the humans that would have to keep us well away from each other.
Personality:
I am just a super friendly boy. I just love people and have already got the greyhound lean down to a fine art.
I enjoy and prefer a harness and love travelling. Recently I have enjoyed some trips out and about to some garden centres.
There was a trips to a volunteer's home that was quite exciting. While there I explored upstairs and downstairs with no difficulty and even discovered the bed. BOL!
The Laminate floors were easy to walk on and even the sounds from the TV never disturbed me. I played with some toys and even enjoyed some treats too.
I am almost the perfect hound. The only thing I have to say is that I get a little keen on seeing a squizzer. I mean, who wouldn’t?
Pet Blood Bank came to my Watford Gap kennels and I was one of the lucky hounds chosen to donate blood. My tail never stopped wagging throughout, even when donating! Everyone said I was an absolute sweetheart and a lifesaver.
