 Tigger's Tails - February 2022

Hi Pals,
It is going to be my 7th Gotcha Day this month. Woo Hoo!
As I don’t know when my Birthday is, I always try to make sure I have a pawsome day on my Gotcha Day.

I managed to get out and about again last month after the huge storms we had.

It is strange to walk around my local walks and see so many trees uprooted and blown down. There are some trees leaning on the other trees, so those areas are still closed to the public. It is both amazing and quite scary what wind can do. Although, now the areas that have been made safe are open again, it brings a whole new level of adventure. The new smells of the freshly cut down trees and the new gaps and tree stumps that need to be sniffed and marked out.

Northumberlandia seemed to have quite a few trees blown down.
They have done a pawsome job of getting the damaged trees cut down and cut up.

I also took my human to Seaton Delaval Hall . They also had some trees damaged and blown down with the storm.

It was quite a cold day but the sun was shining and made everything look warm and magical.
Parts of the paths were roped off for the grass to recover and grow again after all of the visitors had walked around throughout the cold and doggy winter months.
This is done quite frequently throughout the year if there has been a lot of rain.

I love visiting places like this throughout the year as I get to see everything change each month and sometimes get some really good photographs.

My human always finds it amazing that I am so scared and freaked out walking through a town or city, yet walking through the sites like this with the strange noises of the wind blowing through trees and calls from animals around does not worry me at all. I do know one thing. My human and I will be going out as much as we can to as many locations as possible and write about out adventures for you all.

Nose bump to you
