Brief Description:
Evapolar devices were designed as personal units, cooling not an entire room but the user's personal area. To feel the maximum cooling effect, you have to be in the center of the device's airflow with the device's front grills facing towards you, within 1-1,5 m distance from the device.
The outgoing temperature depends on the air temperature and humidity level in the area.

Review:
This, my camping or hot friends (for next summer!), is a personal cooler that I have been using for the past few months and have taken in my motorhome to Spain. I can highly recommend it. It was quite pricey at about £90, but it has made mine and my humans live very comfortable. 

It's compact with a 4 speed fan and water tank to cool the air more. It claims to be able to cool by about 5 degrees and although won't cool a room it definitely cools your personal space. What's more it can run from a power pack or laptop.

We have a 5A solar rechargeable pack so I can take my cooler anywhere I like and it's quiet enough to run over night and sleep soundly.
If you double it up with one of Tigger's frozen cooling collars it's even better.... I love it!
