The skin and flesh of an apple is edible but the seeds contain small amounts of toxins.
Apples can be eaten fresh or can be dried in slices and given as a treat.

Dogs: Can eat apples, but with all fruit the natural sugars can cause a bit of digestive discomfort, bloating and eye watering noxious gasses. So only give a few slices occasionally as a treat.

Cats: Apples are not poisonous to cats, but as dedicated carnivores, they will probably not thank you for any.

Rabbits: Can eat apples. However like dogs, too much can cause the natural sugars to give some digestive discomfort. So only give a small amount with their daily food allowance.
