Chesterfield Hydrotherapy Referral Centre is an exciting development for dogs and small animals in Chesterfield and is conveniently situated close to the A61 Dronfield By-Pass ideal for customers travelling from Barlow, Baslow, Brimington, Clay Cross, Dronfield, Staveley, Unstone, Wingerworth, North East Derbyshire and South Sheffield.
The Centre is owned and run by Jeanette a fully qualified small animal hydrotherapist who has a love of all animals and a desire to help improve their quality of life in any way she can.
Jeanette qualified with Hawksmoor the world renowned training centre run by Sue Hawkins and holds the Level 3 Certificate in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals which covers the following areas:
- Introduction to hydrotherapy
- Assessing & Checking an Animals Suitability for Hydrotherapy Treatment
- Administering Hydrotherapy Treatment to Small Animals
- Anatomy & Physiology for Small Animal Hydrotherapy
- Management of Medical Conditions in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals
- Management of Common Orthopaedic & Neurological Conditions in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals
- Small Animal First Aid for Hydrotherapists
- The Principals of Small Animal Hydrotherapy
- Professional Practice & Multi-Disciplinary Team Working

Additionally Jeanette has started the Level 3 Diploma in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals taking:
