Minnie

Tell me a little bit about yourself.
My name is Minnie aka Minzabar or Peanut and I am 8. I chose my Mum in Northern Ireland and was happy with her, then she met Dad and I decided that he could stay after he bribed me with treats, so I moved to scotland.

Do you work? If so where/what do you do?
Please look at these paws there not meant to do work. Professional sun bather.

What is your favourite type of music?
Like Mum, I love a bit of country music.

If you could choose your name what would it be?
I change is so people would address me Mistress Minnie the Miniature Dachshund on all occasions.

What is your favourite food?
Like Mum, I love a chip or a crisp.

Have you taught your humans any tricks?
Dad understands that if he wants to sleep well after a nightshift that he has to pick me up and let me lay in their bed.

What is your favourite way to entertain yourself (annoy your humans)?
I like to bark at the neighbours dogs once then allow chaos to ensue. Then I walk around like an angel while they keep barking so they get a row. Dad is never happy after I have done this.

What is your greatest accomplishment?
I climbed the Giants Causeway. I mean I only have little legs.

What is your next goal in life?
Find the closest sun spot and spend all as much time there as possible.

If you could be/do anything for a day, what would it be?
I suppose if I could be a little taller it would help me reach some of the places, I can never get to without help such as the treats shelf.

Finally and most importantly...What was your human’s most embarrassing moment?
Oh! My mum once dragged me through dog poo!!!!!! She decided to try and clean me in the sea before I got in the car and let’s just say I wasn’t the only one with a wet bum in the car as she fell into the sea next to me.
