Hey pals,
I have news... no, sadly not a new rescue puppy pal, but I am moving house!

Yes, at fourteen years old this is very exciting for me and I am very determined to make it and celebrate my 15th birthday in the Isle of Wight.

All of Elaine's friends know me (of course) and think it's a super move for me. We have a lot of stairs in our current home and although I'm very mobile for my age they will become a problem. A smaller house beckons....
let's hope it all goes through eh?!

Let's face it, things are never certain in the human world so I may but snaffling gravy bones from the same old cupboard for a while yet.

In the meantime I'm hoping for a jaunt in the motorhome. The weather has been getting better and I've seen the obligatory bags for life being organised....
towels, bedding, socks, you know the score. I love the motorhome more than chicken so paws crossed for that.

Elaine says that I have maybe a month before my big move or motorhome holiday so I have to keep going. She's banging on about taking me in a box otherwise, the cheeky pre grieving thing, I'm going on my own four legs, however wonky!

Do other owners of old dogs pre grieve too, or make silly jokes about your age and future replacement to make themselves feel better?

She'll be lost without me and she knows it....
so lots of time bothering her and whining for cheese to be going on with.
