About:
There are plenty of things to see an do at Belsay Hall, (only service dogs in the hall) exploring the gardens or wandering through the quarry towards the castle.
Assistance dogs are allowed throughout.

Dog Access:
Dogs are allowed in the garden and grounds but for safety keep under control as there are sheer drops both at the hall and the castle.
There are water bowls at the entrance and the castle.
Poop bins are placed in the car park, by the castle and along the quarry walk (on the way to the castle)

Accessibility:
Tactile model of the site in the stable block on the ground floor Plenty of disabled parking, which is extended during events.
No lifts available but access is achieved to all ground floor areas. (The gift shop has a narrow door, but a wheelchair can get through)
All paths are gravel type with alternative routes for wheelchairs to avoid steps.
Some handrails have been installed.
Seating throughout the site for resting while exploring.
