About:
Within an urban district, quietly nestled amongst fully established trees, Cupcake Lane is what used to be the local train station from a bygone era.
There is a large free carpark  behind the station.
Even before entering the tearoom it is like stepping back in time.
You are greeted by a beautiful vintage themed oasis.
Teas are served in china cups to complete the vintage feel of the place. (other hot drinks are served too)
There is seating indoors and outside along the platform there are a lot more seats with throws and blankets are placed on the seats or you to sit on or wrap around yourself if it is a little bit cooler.
At busy times there can be a bit of a wait but it is worth waiting for.

Food:
As the name suggests there is an abundance of cupcakes.
They do a good cooked breakfast and a home cooked lunch selection.
There is also a selection of sandwiches and savouries.
You can order afternoon tea with various cakes and pastries.
They have a good selection of gluten free food too.
The best part is that they make home made dog biscuits too.

Dogs access:
No dogs inside please.
On the platform there is plenty of space for us to sprawl out and hopefully not trip anyone up.
Several drinking bowls are put out for us. 
Although we would recommend taking your humans for a walk to explore the area before letting them near the cupcakes.
The platform can be reached from a gate at one end which is on one level so anyone with their human in a wheelchair should have no problem.

Overall rating:
After much discussion amongst ourselves we give it 4 paws out of 5.
We all really enjoyed the visit but we felt at very busy times so there may be a bit of a wait. 
Which can not be blamed on the tea room or the staff who are very friendly.
We of course will be visiting again.
