Free parking located just outside the castle, less than 200 metres from entrance. Contains about 100 spaces. (Managed by Fareham Borough Council.) Contains 3 coach bays.

Facilities:
Small selection of snacks, hot and cold drinks are sold on site. There is also a tea room at the Church nearby which is run by church volunteers.

Notes:
Via drawbridge and level, smooth grass. Ground floors of the Keep and exhibition within reach via a ramp. No access above ground floor level. Compacted gravel paths lead to the outer Bailey and Roman walls.

Loose gravel, smooth grass and stone slabs. Compacted gravel paths lead to the outer Bailey and Roman walls.
Moats can contain deep water.
Low ruined walls, historic steps, uneven surfaces.
