Dogfish Pie

Note from Fred & Tess:
Give your humans a peg for their nose as this pie is aromatic! BOL!
If like us you are impatient, send your human into the garden to use the freezing wind to help the pie cook quickly, BOL.

2 x 125g tins of sardines in oil
1 sweet potato, thinly sliced

1. Heat oven to 180 fan.

2. Drain the oil from the sardines into a bowl and then add the sweet potatoes to the oil.
Toss the sweet potatoes in the oil.

3. Line an ovenproof dish with half the sweet potato slices.
Mash the sardines and spread over the sweet potatoes, then top with the remaining sweet potatoes.

4. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes and the leave to cool before eating.
