Strawberry Yiggy-yoggy-you Bark
Note from Fred & Tess:
Mum has lots of strawberries from her allotment and we decided to use some in our recipe.
It's okay we asked Mum before taking the strawberries! BOL! We all tried some of the finished bark and Mum and Dad said it is a palate cleanser, which I think means there is more for us!
2 cups of chopped strawberries
2 cups of Greek yogurt
Berries to top
1. In a blender, blitz the strawberries until smooth. Add the yogurt and blitz with the strawberries until fully mixed.
2. Line a baking tray with baking parchment and pour mixture into the tray. Add topping berries.
3. Freeze for 6 hours until frozen solid. Cut or break the bark into pieces.
Store in a container in the freezer.
Remove from the freezer 20 mins before eating.
