Romeo Zorro Tell me a little bit about yourself
I was born in January 2008. I had three sisters and two brothers. My racing name was Romeo Zorro and I ran in 66 races. I won 19 and came second in 14. My last race was in September 2011 and I stayed at the Edinburgh Retired Greyhound Trust until I found my forever home in 2012.

How many humans/siblings do you have and how long have you had them?
I live with my human mum and dad and their Labrador Ben. He is a very friendly dog and an honorary greyhound because of the number of greyhound events he has been at. Ben is now 17 years old and his back legs are very weak so to get out and about with houndies he has a buggy and Dad pulls him along.

Do you work? If so what/where do you do?
I do work a couple of days a week. I am a Therapet dog for the www.canineconcernscotland.org.uk . I visit a care home and a psychiatric hospital to give hugs and fussing to the people in there who can't have a dog of their own. It is great fun and I get treats and on nice days they take me out for walks.

If you could you choose your name what would it be?
I certainly didn't choose Romeo Zorro so I am now called Blue because I am a blue brindle colour. I like that name but I would choose Boo Boo for my name because it sounds fun.

What is your favourite food?
Asking a greyhound what his favourite food is can only ever get one answer. SAUSAGES!!!!

Where is your favourite place to be?
My favourite place to be is with my pals Holly, Harry and Rocky who live with human mum and dad's daughter Emma camping with Ben in Emma's wheelie tent that is like a caravan with a fold up tent on top.

What is your favourite way to entertain yourself (annoy your humans)?
My favourite way to entertain myself is lying on the sofa with my feet in the air. I think that chasing the neighbour's cat and giving it mouth cuddles annoys my humans.

What is your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment is probably helping some really sad people when doing my therapy visits. It is great to see them start off so fed up then smiling and happy after giving me hugs for a while.

What is your next goal in life?
My next goal in life is to become a reading dog to help small people who are shy and find reading lessons hard at school. They would sit down with me and read stories and I wouldn't say anything if they make little mistakes. I would just give hugs.

If you could be/do anything for a day, what would it be?
If I could do anything for a day I would hire a big field and invite all my houndie pals round for a party and do zoomies until they were tired. I would have a big barbecue with piles of sausages and we would eat until we all fell asleep.

Finally and most importantly...what was your human's most embarrassing moment?
My human's most embarrassing moment is always when we are visiting or in a train when my bottom whispers and there is a terrible smell. It does not happen very often thank goodness.
