Flo

Tell me a little bit about yourself.
Well, my name is Flo and I'm an Italian Greyhound from Leeds.

How many humans/siblings do you have and long have you had them?
I had a sister called Ina but she went to live in Wales the same day I went to Warwickshire and we lost touch. I also had two brothers.
Now my family is my human Mum and Dad and the teens (both male!) I was very tiny when they got me at just 8 weeks old. I'm still tiny now and even though I'm one year 3 months people still ask if I'm a puppy!

Do you work? If so where/what do you do?

I don't work but I train hard and have mastered recall and am very good at finding things.

What is your favourite food?

My favourite food is chicken or tuna. I also like peas.

Where is your favourite place to be?
My favourite indoor place is either on someone's knee or on the windows sill. Mum puts my bed in the windows and I watch the world go by and do surveys of the local dog, squirrel or pigeon populations.
My favourite outside place is the fields by our house where I leap over the tall grasses pretending to be a springbok.

What is your favourite way to entertain yourself (annoy your humans)?
My favourite way to entertain myself... ooh so many!! I like to stalk pigeons, catch insects, bark at the neighbours dogs and freak the family out with unexpected zoomies. I like to sneak into the teens' rooms and steal things like cds, nerf gun bullets, socks, rulers, pens etc. My very favourite thing though is finding a 'pack' to run with. The best thing ever is discovering that the park has mum-approved dogs there and I can off-lead with them.

What is your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest accomplishment? Hmmm... probably charming the family into letting me upstairs despite their 'no Flo in the bedrooms' rule. Proud of how well I've trained them to be flexible and respect my 'equality for dogs' rule.

What is your next goal in life?
My goal is simply to make the most of every day and include as much fun as possible.

If you could be/do anything for a day, what would it be?
If I could do anything for a day, I would have a party in the park with local dogs and twitter dogs and lots and lots of chicken.

Finally and most importantly...What was your human’s most embarrassing moment?
My human Mum is a magnet for embarrassing moments but none of them involve me. Mum says I only ever make her proud and happy. How nice is that?!
