Mindful Health Chat
Repawter: Ian Stephens
We’re really pleased to share a little more about the recent launch of #MindfulHealthChat and why it matters so much to us.
There aren’t many places now where people can simply talk things through when it comes to mental health. Life feels increasingly busy, noisy, and demanding, and meaningful conversations often get squeezed out. Yet for many of us, what helps most isn’t advice or solutions - it’s having a safe outlet to say things out loud, or quietly see how others cope with similar thoughts and feelings.
#MindfulHealthChat was created to be that space. A calm, welcoming chat room where there’s no pressure to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or even join in straight away. You can write whenever you need to, or simply read along until you feel ready. Sometimes just knowing others feel the same can bring comfort in itself.
The chat is available 24/7, recognising that worries and thoughts don’t keep office hours. Whether it’s early morning, late at night, or somewhere in between, the space is there to dip into when you need it most.
Alongside this, we’re introducing two gentle live touch points each week. On Wednesdays, we’ll be hosting optional 30-minute chat slots, one in the morning and one in the evening. These aren’t formal sessions - just opportunities for people to come together at the same time, share openly, and feel a sense of connection.
Above all, #MindfulHealthChat is about kindness, patience, and understanding. There’s no judgement, no expectations, and no rush. Just a place to pause, breathe, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything on your own. We hope it becomes a small but steady source of support for anyone who needs it.
