Access the apartment via a lift or the stairs, and be welcomed into the attractive modern open-plan living space, furnished with vibrant and colourful decor and receiving plenty of light from the large windows and skylight windows. The fitted kitchen has all you need for rustling up some family favourite dishes, with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dual washing machine / dryer among the appliances. A pretty dining table and chairs presents a great place to begin the day with a hearty breakfast, and end it here too with a family meal or a tasty takeaway, before you can relax on either of the plush sofas or armchair and enjoy some entertainment from the TV which has NOW TV; Netflix, DVD player and Nintendo Wii Games Console. Royal Portrush Golf course is 3.9 miles away. The University Train Station is five minute walk and Coleraine town centre is also close. Take a riverside stroll and head to the beautiful Mountsandel Forest, home to the remains of Mountsandel Fort which dates back to 7000 BC. The Causeway Coast comes alive each year with the sound of roaring engines thanks to the North West 200, one of the fastest races in the world set up on the public roads between Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart to create a high-speed track for some thrilling sights, making Apartment 16 perfect for any bike enthusiasts who want to see it for themselves. Spend a beach day on Portstewart Strand or Downhill Beach (Castlerock), a Blue Flag awarded beach which you can drive onto and set up for the day, and from here begins the epic Causeway Coast Way, a 33-mile path which takes you along White Rocks beach at Portrush, Dunluce Castle, the Giant's Causeway, the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and various Game of Thrones locations.
