Charity requests help
The RSPCA East Winch Wildlife Centre in Norfolk is currently experiencing orphan season, with hundreds of animals like hedgehogs, owlets, fawns, seal pups, and bats being brought to the organization for help.
The center manager said that they are caring for around 120 ducklings, 15 owlets, 20 gull chicks, and 20 seals. Due to the increase in animals, they are in need of towels and blankets for their care.
They are asking for donations from the people of Norfolk and beyond to help support these animals.
The charity expressed gratitude to those who have already helped and mentioned that caring for so many extra animals is a challenge but receiving donations brings smiles to their faces.
If anyone finds a young animal, it is recommended to check the charity's website for guidance on whether to bring them in or leave them where they are.
