Hello Furriends!,
Well, the Mabel’s Mouse Saga has continued. But we don’t think she’s crazy this time.

The mice are back inside. But, this time, they are not inside where we can see them. We can only hear them. The other night, Momma was walking in the kitchen, and she and Mabel heard a critter scurrying in the ceiling!

They just looked at each other. Momma said, “You heard that, right, Mabel? We’re not crazy.”
So now Momma thinks she hears that sound all the time. She might not have been crazy that first time, but she may be now (MOL). Now she’s going to think she hears scurrying in the ceiling constantly.

The weather here has finally been kind of nice. So all the little critters have been coming around to tease us. We have seen the little chippymonks. All the other critters we saw through winter. We’ve seen some new birdie friends. All they do is tease us even more now that Momma opens the windows for us to get the fresh airs.
It’s not fair.

Oh well. One day they’ll be sorry.
