Sushi - Salmon Nigiris, Tuna Roll and Cucumber Maki

"Konnichiwa!"  Niece Minnie is staying with us as her folks are away to Japan on holiday. We thought it would be nice to surprise Niece Minnie with some Sushi.  Minnie loved it as did we and you could add anything dog friendly to the Sushi Rice.  We thought it would cheer Niece Minnie up if we served the Sushi on a 'Sushi Train' and we would like all food now served on the train! " Oogoe de hoeru" (BOL in Japanese)!

Ingredients:
125g of cooked and cooled Sushi rice
Tin of tuna, drained of liquid
100g of sliced salmon
1 mini cucumber, sliced in half vertically and then into small slices
Bowl of cold water

Method:
1  Cook the rice per the instructions on the packet.
2  Drain the tuna and mash the contents.  Cut the salmon into strips.  Slice the cucumber.
3  When rolling the rice use the bowl of water to dip your paws into, to stop the rice from sticking to your paws.
4  Roll a handful of rice into an oblong shape and top with the salmon.
5  Roll a handful of rice into a small ball shape and top it with the tuna.
6  Roll a handful of rice into a small ball shape and push one of the cucumber pieces into it.
7  Place onto a plate and let them firm in the fridge for 30 minutes.
8  This makes about 12 of each.

Storage:
Keep them covered in the fridge and eat within 2 days.
