Bacon, Banana and Peanut Butter Frozen Yoghurt
Minnie helped us with this recipe as she is still staying with us - her folks were away for 3 ½ weeks! We like to spend time in the garden and Minnie has been showing us how fast she can zoom with little legs! So, we thought we would make a frozen yoghurt to cool us down, It is yummy, and we could have eaten it before it was frozen! BOL!
Ingredients:
500g natural yoghurt
4 rashers of cooked bacon, cut into pieces
1 banana
170g peanut butter (dog friendly)
Method:
1 Mash the banana in a bowl.
2 Add the yoghurt, bacon pieces and peanut butter and mix together.
3 Transfer to a freezable container and freeze
for 3 - 4 hours to set.
4 Let the frozen yoghurt sit at room temperature for 10 minutes so it is soft enough to scoop.
5 We put ours into little cone cups, but you can add the frozen yoghurt to a bowl and top with more banana or drizzle over some peanut butter.
