Courgette Crisps
Dad has been harvesting at the allotment and we have a glut of courgettes. Mum suggested (more like pleaded) that we use a courgette in this month's recipe. BOL! We are hoping that Mum has a glut of blackberries for us!
Ingredients:
1 courgette
olive oil spray
Method:
1 Preheat Oven to 180 fan.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2 Slice the courgettes into ½ cm thick slices.
Place on the baking sheet, wnsuring the slices do not overlap.
3 Spray the slices with olive oil, then turn the slices over and repeat.
4 Bake for 30 minutes, turning the slices halfway, until golden brown.
5 Leave to cool and the courgette crisps will crisp as they cool.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container and eat with 7 days.
