Tess and Rufus in the kitchen
Apple Traybake Bites - makes approx 26

This month's recipe should be 'Tess In the Kitchen' as Rufus was nowhere to be seen when it was time to make this recipe, he was too busy snoozing! 
Though, he appeared when it was sampling time!  - "But Tess they taste delicious and if I helped they might not have been so nice"!

Ingredients:
250g Apple Sauce
240g Rice Flour
75g Rolled Oats
2 Medium Eggs

Method:
1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2 Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, until well mixed.
3 Spread the mixture over the parchment paper in the tray - you may need to ask a hooman to help!
4 Bake for 20 minutes in the oven until light golden.
5 Let cool completely before cutting into portions.

Storage:
Will keep for 2 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge.
