Berry Crumble

My feelings have been hurt!  Mum said "Tess, your breath stinks"!  Can you imagine anything so cruel! BOL! 
So, my recipe this month should take care of my stinky breath and I await an apology from Mum!  The bisquits I made can be crumbled on top of some yoghurt or indeed anything that takes your fancy.  

Ingredients:
250g oats
12g chopped mint
12g chopped parsley
55g water
40g melted coconut oil
2 eggs

Method:
1 Preheat oven to 160 fan.
2 Add everything to a large mixing bowl and mix together.
3 Put baking parchment on a baking tray and turn the mixture out onto the tray.
4 Spread the mixture over the tray and make sure it is even.
5 Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
6 Let the mixture cool and then cut into 24 squares.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 7 days.
