Tigger's Tails
- December 2025
Hi Pals, As a small business I always try to support other small businesses too. Although sometimes it is not easy to see who or how I can help.
Since winning Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday Award, I have met quite a few pawsome small businesses and have got to know a few of the businesses well. So as part of my way to help small businesses, I am putting out a paw to help some of the #SBSWinners businesses.
As my customers that subscribe to my newspaper know, they receive Birthday Gotcha and Christmas cards in the relevant month. So this year I am supporting a pawsome small business called Bare Cards that have created a card that can still be posted, but does not require a separate envelope.
The cards have a wide variety of artwork and can be used as a piece of desk or wall art afterwards.
If you are a business, you can even have your own branded greeting cards for any occasion too.
For more information see their article on page 18 of December’s issue or on my website.
With the cards I send out, I go one step further for waste reduction and send out cards blank, so that my wonderful customers not only receive a themed card, they can use it themselves too on one of their friends.
While you are trying to think about last minute presents and stocking fillers, please try to shop with small businesses. They are probably out priced by bigger mass produced companies, but with a small business you are helping someone with their dreams, supporting their families. A lot of small businesses I know still do a happy dance for every order they get.
Remember small businesses are not just for Christmas.
Shop local and help a small business do a happy dance.
Nose bump to you
Tigger
